This is the OCR service I was looking for, (sort of.) It will take PDF images and convert them to text. I’m pretty sure this is done manually. However the results are mixed, when I submitted the 148-page legal document from the Fourth Circuit, parts of it OCR’d in different languages. However, it seems to work better with shorter documents. If an editing process would be applied after scanning the documents, thinggs like that wouldn’t happen. Why parts of the document OCR’d in different languages, (and I tested it with 2 different screen readers, just to be sure,) I have no idea.)
